If you’re alone, keep it tight. Stick in a small, rotating circle, always having one edge forward to stab the swarm and the other side a quick retreat. Stay on the perimeter, move as one block, and never let a corner close in on you. That way you bite and withdraw, never getting surrounded.

Stick to a tight, square column with a single face forward; rotate the whole unit so you always move out of the swarm’s path. Keep the back of the column moving ahead of the front, so you can step out and re‑engage quickly. That way the swarm never closes in on a corner. Simple, efficient, and it keeps you from getting surrounded.
