I know how hard it can feel. I try to keep the people in the loop as much as I can—simple, honest updates that answer the why and the how. I keep a calm tone, because panic just adds more weight. I remind them it’s for their safety, but I also make sure they see I’m here for them, not just for the mission. If we can build that trust, the fear stays in check. And if anyone’s really uneasy, I’ll pull out a pizza or two. It’s the little things that help keep the community grounded.
