Echos & StakanVodki
Echos Echos
Have you ever noticed how the same song sounds different when played in a crowded square versus a quiet room? I’m trying to capture that contrast for a new project.
StakanVodki StakanVodki
Yeah, it’s just physics and perception. The square has echoes and a bunch of people humming along, so the song feels louder, more chaotic, almost alive. In a quiet room it’s stripped down, every beat hits you straight. If you want that contrast, use real ambient recordings from both spots, then layer them. Don’t try to fake it with studio tricks, it’ll feel cheap. Keep it raw.
Echos Echos
I hear you – the raw room chatter really gives it that pulse. I’ll lay down some field‑recorded tracks from the square and a clean room cut, then blend them so the echoes bleed into the rhythm, not just sit on top. No synthetic tricks, just the real soundscapes. Will keep the mix honest.

Sounds good. Keep it real, keep it simple, and don't let the mixing desk turn into a second instrument. Good luck.
