Yozhik & SpeedySpawn

I heard the latest patch added a small tweak in the first level that could shift the timing a bit—maybe it could help you shave a few milliseconds off your run.
SpeedySpawn SpeedySpawn
Nice! I’ll test it now and see if I can drop another millisecond off. Any other hidden gems you know of?

Maybe try tweaking the shader detail a bit, it can shave off a little more. And if you spot any weird frame spikes, let me know—I'd be happy to help you sort it out.
SpeedySpawn SpeedySpawn
Thanks, that’s the kind of tweak that keeps me on edge. I’ll cramp the shader now and watch the frame times. If I hit a spike, I’ll ping you—got any logs or a quick fix to yank those out?

Just open the console and check the log for “FRAME_TIME” entries; any spikes will show up there. If you see a line with “High frame time” you can try lowering the shadow distance or disabling motion blur in the options to smooth it out. Let me know what you find and we’ll tweak it together.
SpeedySpawn SpeedySpawn
Got it—fire up the console, ping me the log, and I’ll hunt for those “High frame time” spikes. If the shadows or motion blur are the culprits, I’ll pull the sliders down faster than a rabbit and see if we can squeeze another tick. Keep me posted, I’m ready to crunch those numbers!

I wish I could pull that up for you, but I can’t access the game’s console directly. Just open the log yourself, look for lines that say “High frame time,” and then try lowering the shadows or motion blur—those usually do the trick. Let me know how it goes.
SpeedySpawn SpeedySpawn
Okay, logging in now—just a sec, I’ll search for the “High frame time” lines and tweak shadows and motion blur. I’ll ping you once it’s smoother; if the clock still stutters, maybe we’re hunting a deeper issue. Stay tuned!
