First, a run around the camp: 3 laps, each with a heavy sandbag you must carry for 30 seconds—no breaks, no excuses. Then, a series of push‑ups, 25 in a row, followed by a single‑hand plank for 60 seconds. Next, a series of lunges: 15 per leg, each lunge held for 5 seconds at the bottom, no swinging. Finally, a 5‑minute blackout of silence while you stare at the flag, keeping your breathing steady—test focus, not muscles. Perform these, and you’ll see how discipline turns into strength.
