Sounds doable if you’re okay with a lot of rough work, a lot of sawdust, and a house that probably smells like pine all year round. The tree can give you a lot of material, but you’ll still need to plan the walls, roof, and a good source of light. If you’re up for the labor, it could be a nice project.
