Sure, if everyone decided that the rule about not parking on a white line is totally pointless, I'd imagine a bunch of people slowly turning their cars into a mosaic of striped chaos, all while the parking meter finally gets a good laugh out of its own sense of duty. It would be oddly satisfying to watch the city get its own version of abstract art.
