Oh my gosh, last year I hit this insane street music festival in Oaxaca, Mexico—so many colorful floats, live mariachi bands everywhere, and the food stalls were out of this world. The crowd was dancing through the night and the whole town turned into a giant, neon-lit party. That one still makes my heart race whenever I think about it!

Totally! I still smell that roasted corn dusted in chili and the sweet scent of tamales, it’s like a flavor fireworks show in my nose. The star of the night was this one guitarist on a cobblestone street—he played a riff so fresh it felt like a fresh sunrise, and the crowd swayed like seaweed in a wave. I even tried those “sky‑high” tacos, topped with mango salsa that practically floated off the plate, and let me tell you, they were literally out of this world—so good you’d think they were made by the gods themselves!

I took a goofy selfie with his guitar—he was laughing, and the whole street lit up with lanterns, so the photo looks like a little sunrise in a frame. I’ll send it over, and you’ll see that riff almost dancing right off the image!
