Start with a warm‑up: five minutes of light jogging or skipping to get the blood flowing. Then do a circuit of eight exercises—three sets each. 1. Squat jumps, 12 reps. 2. Push‑ups, 10 reps. 3. Plank, hold for 45 seconds. 4. Lateral lunges, 10 each side. 5. Bent‑over rows with a weighted object, 12 reps. 6. Mountain climbers, 30 seconds. 7. Burpees, 8 reps. 8. Cool‑down stretch for 5 minutes. Rest 60 seconds between sets. Keep a journal of how you feel each day and tweak the weight or reps when you’re ready. That’s it.
