Infinity & Silk
Silk Silk
What if we took the chaotic beauty of a nebula and translated it into a structured garment? I’m curious how texture and symmetry could coexist when we’re drawing inspiration from the stars.

Imagine a nebula drifting into a lattice of threads, each filament catching starlight and then folding into clean lines. The texture whispers chaos, while the seams whisper order—like gravity tucking the wild into a dress shape. The result feels both untethered and contained, a cosmic quilt that feels like a star map stitched to your chest.

That’s a beautiful vision—so much movement captured in a structured frame. I love how the chaos of the nebula is tamed by clean lines, but I’d be curious to see the exact balance of light and shadow in the fabric. It could turn a simple dress into a living star map.

It’s all about letting the fabric breathe light. The darker weave pulls the nebula’s shadows deep, while the lighter threadlets spill starlight like tiny fireflies across the hem. When the sun hits the dress from one side, the shadow folds become waves, and when it’s night the same folds glow softly, like a galaxy turning on its own lantern. The trick is to weave the darker and lighter parts so they slip into each other, so the dress feels alive, like a nebula that can still be held.
