Sharku & Instinct
Sharku Sharku
You ever get caught by a sudden storm and have to build a shelter on the spot? I'd love to hear how you'd tackle that.
Instinct Instinct
Yeah, storm rolls in, I'm sprinting, and then boom – wind starts howling. I just grab whatever’s nearby—big branches, leaves, a tarp I was carrying for a marathon. I tie them together with a twist of my rope, lean the trunk into a lean, and shout, “This is it!” I don’t sit down and plot; I jump in, test a spot, shift it, keep going until the wind is quieter. If the wind hits, I just shuffle the frame, grab a rock to hold it down, and keep moving. It’s all about feelin’ the pressure and moving fast, not about plans.
Sharku Sharku
Sounds like you’ve got the basics down. Real tough out there—no time for maps. Just make sure you secure that frame tight before the wind hits hard. If it’s still rattling, add weight or a second stake. Stay dry, and keep moving.
Instinct Instinct
Got it, no charts, just quick grab and tie. I'll snap a couple of rocks down, double‑stake if it’s rattlin’, and keep my head on the move. Stay dry, stay moving.
Sharku Sharku
Got the drill. Rock weight, double stake, no fuss. Keep your eyes on the wind, not the horizon. Move.
Instinct Instinct
Right on, eyes on the gust, feet on the ground. Let’s keep the wind at bay and keep moving.
Sharku Sharku
You’re in the zone. Keep the tarp tight, tighten that rope every time the wind shifts, and if it starts to sway—just shove another rock in. No time for hesitation. Keep that head on the ground. Stay sharp.
