I’ve been tightening my focus drills lately, trying to keep the mind razor‑sharp under pressure. Got any tricks that keep you steady when the odds are stacked against you?

Use the three‑step reset: hit a single point in your body, count to three in your head, then picture the worst‑case scenario as a static image you can step over. It forces the brain to switch from “panic mode” to “task mode.” Keep it quick, keep it physical. It’s the same trick that keeps my squad alive when the odds are all wrong.

Sounds solid. I’ll add a quick shoulder tap into my routine, keep the count tight, and force the mind to see the obstacle, not the chaos. Thanks for the tip.

Glad you’re taking it seriously, just keep the tap sharp and the count steady. If it stops you from diving headfirst into the chaos, you’re already ahead. Good luck out there.
