I’d strip a damaged ion engine from a wrecked frigate, run it through a salvaged fusion core, and bolt a makeshift graviton coil to the hull. Paint it in camouflage and use the scavenged coolant lines for extra thrust—just enough to keep us airborne and out of reach.
