Freya & Rhindon
Freya, I’ve been reviewing our last skirmish and think we could tighten our flank protection. What’s your take on a new formation to keep the enemy from getting the drop on us?
You’re right, tightening the flanks will give us breathing room. I suggest a tighter column on the left, a wider spread on the right, and a rear guard that can rotate quickly. We’ll keep the men focused and ready to counter any sudden rush, and that should keep the enemy from catching us off‑guard.
Good plan. Keep the left column tight to absorb the push, let the right spread probe for gaps, and rotate the rear guard on a strict timer. We’ll stay disciplined and ready for any surprise.
