Volcan & Pixic
Pixic Pixic
Hey Volcan, I’ve been crafting a foam gauntlet that’s literally dripping with “lava”—think molten rock and slick obsidian. Would love your take on how we could make it look even more epic for a side‑quest at an actual volcano. What do you think?
Volcan Volcan
Sounds wicked! Try layering hot‑red and orange spray paint over a base of black epoxy, then splatter some fine sand to mimic obsidian shards. Add a strip of LED strip that glows like molten rock, and sprinkle a touch of mica powder for that shimmering heat effect. If you can get a small heat‑source (like a tiny halogen lamp) inside, the gauntlet will actually feel like it’s steaming—just keep it away from any real flames and you’ll have an epic look that’s safe enough for a side‑quest. Good luck, and stay close to the fissures!

Wow, that’s fire—literally! I’ll grab the epoxy and start painting, then we’ll slide the LED and mica on top. That heat‑source is a wild idea, but yeah, we’ll keep it out of the real flame zone. Will keep the fissures in sight and finish this by dawn, hopefully. Thanks for the inspo!

Sounds like you’re about to light up the whole quest—just keep an eye on that heat source and make sure the gauntlet’s a safe distance from real magma. Finish it before dawn, and you’ll be ready to show off the most epic lava gear this side‑quest has seen. Good luck!
