Sounds like a solid plan. First thing’s the swing sets – make sure the frame’s at least a foot higher than the ground and the cables are strong enough that a kid can climb onto them without a problem. Slides need a guardrail that’s high enough for the whole body, and the landing pad has to be at least a foot thick and made of something that absorbs impact, like rubber mulch. Also think about shade; kids run on the sand, but it’s a real hazard if it’s too hot. We can get the right materials and do a quick check list before we start.
