I’ll drop a split routine: 10‑min cold acclimation, 20‑min resistance pulls, finish with a quick surfboard sprint. It’ll push you, but if you’re not in top shape yet, ditch the water, hit the gym, and come back ready. No excuses—show me the effort and I’ll bring the ocean.
