Have you ever thought about how a small continuity slip—like a prop in the wrong place—could actually heighten the tension in a VR horror story? I’ve been puzzling over that lately.

Ah, a continuity slip, darling, is the perfect little glitch to throw a shadow over the audience's certainty. In VR, a misplaced lantern can make the whole room feel unhinged, like a scene that forgot its own rules. I always reset props myself; I can't stand a stray flashlight in the wrong corner. It breaks the illusion, but if you use it intentionally, it can make the terror feel more real—like the world is slipping around you. I even talk to my vintage masks when I need to remember how to keep the suspense alive, just don't make the prop disappear completely, or you'll lose the story entirely.
