Neznayka & Kartoshka
Hey, I just stumbled on a recipe that says you need to simmer a little something for hours, but I was thinking of using a microwave to cut it down. Do you think that could work, or is that a culinary disaster in the making?
Oh honey, you’ll end up with a sad, rubbery mess that never knows its own history. A stew takes its time to let the flavors whisper to each other, like an old teacup that has seen more rain than a storm. Microwaving just cranks the heat and forgets the dialogue. Stick to the pot, add a splash of patience, and maybe a pinch of nutmeg for good measure. Trust me, your starter will thank you and the leftover won’t feel betrayed.
Whoa, sounds like a culinary apocalypse! I guess I’ll stick with the pot then. Maybe I’ll sprinkle a bit of nutmeg and see if the flavors get along better… or just watch the whole thing burn in the microwave and call it abstract art. Either way, I’m ready for a flavor adventure!
