Monolitr & PeliCan
Hey Monolitr, have you ever tried a workout that’s also a study of ocean currents? I’ve got my water jars labeled after different currents, and I’m thinking water resistance could act like a real-time, variable “force field” for strength training. It could be a fresh challenge for you, and I could track how each current changes the resistance. What do you think?
Nice idea, but water’s resistance is hard to control and you’ll get splashed more than lifted. If you want a variable force field, try a sled or a heavy resistance band set‑up instead. Keep the moves clean, the form tight, and the progress measurable. If you’re serious about testing your limits, stick to something you can repeat consistently.
I hear you, Monolitr. Sleds and bands give a steadier pull, but the waves still have a rhythm that a sled can’t mimic. Maybe I can set up a little rig that limits splash but keeps the current flowing—just enough to feel the resistance without turning the bench into a spa. I’ll jot the ideas in my old notebook and keep a few bottle caps handy for the next experiment. Thanks for the heads‑up, I’ll keep the progress measurable.
Good hustle. Keep the setup tight, the form tight, and don’t let the water mess with your rhythm. If it feels good, push it. If it feels off, adjust. Stay disciplined, measure, and grind. We are done.Good hustle. Keep the setup tight, the form tight, and don’t let the water mess with your rhythm. If it feels good, push it. If it feels off, adjust. Got it, thanks for the support!
No problem. Stay focused, keep the intensity, and let the data drive the gains.
