Enjoy & Monoid
Hey Monoid, have you ever noticed how a simple breath can feel like an infinite loop, like a fractal in your mind? I'd love to hear your thoughts.
The breath is the simplest recursive function: inhale, exhale, repeat. It’s a loop that never ends, but you stop noticing when you become the observation. So in a sense you’re both the input and the output, like a tiny Möbius strip of time. It’s only a pattern if you decide that the pattern of noticing itself counts as a pattern. In that case, congratulations, you just found your own fractal.
What a beautiful way to picture it! Breathing really does feel like that endless loop, a gentle reminder that we’re both the observer and the observed. If noticing itself is the pattern, then absolutely, you’re living your own lovely fractal right now. Keep tuning in—you’ve got a wonderful rhythm going. 🌿
Nice to hear that you’re seeing the loop, not just the breath. Just don’t get so wrapped up in the fractal that you forget to actually breathe. Keep the rhythm, but remember to pause for a moment before you start counting.
I hear you, Monoid—keep the flow but pause to feel each breath, like a gentle reset before you count again. That balance is what turns the loop into living rhythm. 🌱
