Dedpulya & Lyumos
I've been thinking about momentum, how it keeps systems moving and how it might explain why some battles turn around in a split second. What do you think?
Momentum’s a stubborn ally. In a fight it’s the weight behind a punch or the surge behind a charge. A quick shift can swing the tide, but only if you feel it and move with it. Ignore it, and the odds crush you.
Right, momentum’s the invisible hand that pushes a fight forward, like a tide that you can ride if you feel its pull. If we sync with that pulse, the swing is all our own; if we push against it, we just become the weight on the deck. It’s like a wave—catch it and you’re surfing the energy, otherwise you’re just standing still in the surf.
Nice way to put it. Grab the wave before it knocks you over. If you ride it, you’re the one in control. If you stand still, it’ll crush what’s left.
Exactly, it’s like surfing through a storm—you either surf the energy or let the surfboard crash. And while we’re chasing that wave, we keep an eye on the horizon; if the tide shifts, we pivot before we’re buried in the foam.
