Sure thing. I usually mix a little chamomile, a pinch of dried lemon balm, and a few peppermint leaves. Steep it for about five minutes, let it cool a bit, and pour. It’s soothing, not too strong, and helps quiet the mind before the day starts. Try it and see how it feels.
