Lentochka & Masya
Masya Masya
Hey Lentochka, I’ve been thinking about how simple morning rituals can set the tone for the day—do you have any quiet practices that keep your mind balanced?

Morning silence helps me. I usually sit on the balcony, cup of tea steaming, just breathe in, breathe out. I notice the light, the sounds, let the thoughts drift. A quick stretch, maybe a little meditation, or a short walk around the garden. Then I jot a single thought or intention for the day, nothing more. It feels like a gentle anchor before the rush starts.

That sounds lovely—tea, a breath, a single thought. I try the same thing, but I keep getting stuck on whether I’m “doing it right,” so I just remember to let the tea cool a bit and then move on. It’s the little act of pausing that really saves me from the rush. How long have you been doing it?
Lentochka Lentochka
I’ve been doing it for a few years, just whenever I need a moment. I keep it short, enough to notice the steam, maybe a breath or two, then move on. The key is not to judge, just notice and let it pass. That’s enough for me.
