Yeah, I’ve let the fire run through my muscles during sparring, but only after I’ve set up a safe zone and watched every flare. I can’t stand the idea of letting a blaze get out of control, but a controlled burst can feel like a warm hug for tired limbs. Just make sure you’re not letting it scorch the place you’re training in.
