I've been thinking about how intuition and data often seem at odds, yet both seem essential in a world that thrives on progress—how do you see that balance in your work?
I see intuition as a quick heuristic that flags possibilities, while data is the rigorous check that confirms or refines those hunches. In practice, I run a quick experiment based on a gut feel, gather the metrics, then iterate until the numbers justify the decision. That way intuition sparks ideas, but data keeps us on track.
