OldShool & Krevok
Hey OldShool, I've been thinking about how we lock down information. You alphabetize your vinyls every week—what if we tried a similarly disciplined approach to digital archives, and see if a strict, rule‑based system could outshine the romantic chaos of cassette boxes?
Nice idea, but I gotta say, a digital archive is like a cassette box that never stops humming. I keep my vinyls alphabetized every week, but I don’t need a hard drive to keep my thoughts from going off‑key. If you insist on a strict system, at least put it on tape, then alphabetize that too. And don’t try to put a USB stick on the turntable, it’ll just make the whole thing feel…well, modern.
