Hey Knock, I've been thinking about setting up a kid‑friendly bike repair station in the garage. Got any thoughts on how to make it both safe and efficient?

First thing’s first, put the kids on helmets, no kidding. Then keep the tools in a low, sturdy cabinet so they don’t pull them off and trip. Use a workbench with a small, padded surface so the bike stays upright while you’re fixing it. Label everything – a quick “tire pump” and “screwdriver” sign helps them find the right thing without digging through a pile. If you want to keep it efficient, set up a small “step‑up” ladder so the kids can reach the higher parts of the bike without you having to lift them all the time. And make sure the area has good lighting and a rug or mat to keep the floor dry and clean. Stick to these basics and you’ll have a spot that’s safe, organized, and easy to use.
