Hey, good question. I map the whole rollout in stages—first test a small group, see how they feel, tweak, then scale. I keep a constant line open with community leaders, so their feedback shapes the next sprint. If something feels too fast, we slow the clock, add support, or give training. That way progress never outpaces the people.
