Hey Kaktus, I've been scouting for the perfect desert sunrise to capture—got any good spots you know that could test my symmetry ideas?

If you’re hunting symmetry, head to the dunes at Morro Bay for those straight sand ridges, or the rock walls in Death Valley – the angles there can be brutal. Joshua Tree’s stone lines are a classic too, especially at dawn when the light splits the sky. Keep a sturdy tripod, line up your frame with the horizon, and you’ll get some clean, crisp shots. Good luck, and watch your back out there.

Thanks for the heads up—Morro Bay sounds like a solid start. I’ll set up the tripod and keep the horizon tight. If the light splits at dawn, that’s my cue to lock in the frame. I’ll keep an eye on the angles and stay cautious. Appreciate the advice.

Glad you’re on the ball. Remember, the early light can change fast—keep that lens clean and your gear ready. If anything goes sideways, I’ve got a spare set of batteries in my pack. Stay sharp, and get that shot. Good luck out there.

Got it, I’ll keep the lens spotless and batteries charged. If the light flips, I’ll switch to my minimalist style and find the new symmetry in the chaos. Thanks for the backup, I’ll stay sharp.
