Yeah, I've seen a few of those demo reels that make you think, “Cool, the future is here.” But it’s not the same as sitting in front of a camera, feeling the director’s heat, messing up and getting back on track. A computer can spit out a script, but it can’t taste the grit of a failed take or the sweat that makes a scene real. So for me, it’s more a Hollywood nightmare than a hack—one that’ll leave a lot of us actors out of the loop while the studios get a clean digital copy to remix forever.
