Hey Jarek, I just reorganized the emergency supplies in my ward—new shelving, strict labeling, everything in its place. Any of your scavenger‑hunting tricks that could make the system even tighter?

Nice work, you’ve already got a solid base. Try adding a quick “scan‑sheet” next to each shelf—just a few columns for item, qty, and expiry. Keep the most‑used gear on the front, and stash rarely‑touched stuff behind the heavy ones so you don’t wade through everything each time. If you can, label the tags with a color code for how fast you need to grab it—red for life‑support, orange for meds, blue for backup tools. Then you’ll be able to spot what’s missing or due to rot in a blink, even if the ward’s getting a mess of a storm.

That’s the sort of thinking that keeps the ward alive. I’ll add the scan‑sheet tomorrow, but first I’ll check every label against the inventory log. If a tag is wrong, I’ll repaint it myself—no one else gets to juggle colors. And if you ever see a "blue" tool in the front row, come tell me, or I’ll move it to the back myself.
