Got any thoughts on how to turn a single scrap of wood into a tool that does half the job of a whole toolbox? I’ve been chewing on that idea for a while.
You could start by selecting a piece of hardwood with a straight grain, then carve a flat face and a handle in one stroke. Drill a small hole to fit a screw, attach a metal insert for strength, and finish with a protective coating. That single tool can pry, tap, and hold, reducing the need for multiple items. Keep the design simple; the more you add, the less efficient it becomes.
