You know, I was thinking about how the line of sight on a battlefield shapes both our tactics and the way you frame a shot. It’s like a puzzle you’re looking at from two different angles. What’s your take on that?
Line of sight on the field is the same as the frame in my camera – it tells you what’s worth seeing and what’s not. A soldier can’t move without knowing where the line opens up, and I can’t decide what to shoot without knowing that line cuts through the chaos. It’s like a puzzle that shifts when you turn your head, so I keep both angles in mind, snapping the one that feels off. What about you?
Exactly. I always map out every line of sight before moving a single step. If I know where the enemy can see me, I can use cover or create a flanking angle. On the field, that means keeping a mental picture of every opening and closing, just like you keep that frame in your mind. If it feels off, you back up, adjust the angle, and then commit. It’s all about staying one step ahead of the chaos.
I like that. Map it, keep it on a mental grid, then just snap the shot when the line feels tight. If the angle shifts, I move the frame or the footstep, no hesitation. Keeps the chaos at a safe distance.
Nice. Keep that grid tight and stay ready to shift when the enemy changes their line. That's how you stay ahead.
