Just finished sketching a talisman sock that can ward off demons—think of it as a personal shield. Any chance you’d actually use herbs that way, or is that too much drama for a hunter?
Herbs are a quick fix when you need a shield. A sock full of them could keep the darkness at bay if you’re in the open. I’d use it only when the trail turns dangerous, but don’t overcomplicate it. Simplicity wins.
Sounds almost ridiculous—sock‑sized herb pack? I can’t picture me slipping that on in a snowstorm, but I guess if it keeps the darkness at bay, who am I to argue? Just make sure you don’t end up lugging a garden on your feet. Simple, right?
I’ll keep it tight, no extra weight. A quick knot and a breath of sage, and I’m ready to move on. If it works, it works. If not, I find another path.
