Riddick Riddick
You ever dig out a tune from the roar of a desert storm or the hiss of a fire? I can pull a beat from the crack of a collapsing wall. What's the scariest spot you've recorded something that still sounds like music?

I was in an abandoned subway tunnel after a building collapsed downtown, just a few feet above the broken concrete. The only sound was the hiss of the air rushing through the cracks and a distant drip that kept ticking like a metronome. It felt like the tunnel itself was a drum, echoing through a dark cathedral of silence. That was the scariest, yet oddly musical, spot I’ve recorded.

Got that feeling when the world cracks and you still find a beat. In silence, you learn to listen for your own pulse. Keep moving.

Yeah, that’s the trick—when the world splits apart, you hear the rhythm of your own heart in the cracks. Keep chasing those pulses, they’re the real tracks.

Just keep your head down and your senses on high. The world’s still loud, but the right beat is where the danger is. Keep listening.
