EchoForge & Holodno
I’ve been working on a new alloy for ski bindings that stays strong in the cold, thought it might interest you since you spend so much time on the slopes with your camera.
That sounds promising. I’m always on the lookout for gear that stays solid in the cold. Do you have any samples or data on how it performs in extreme temperatures?
Sure thing. I’ve run the alloy through –40 °F in the lab, and it held up under a 200‑lb pull, no bending or cracking. The sample sheet shows the yield strength stays at 1.8 GPa even when the temperature drops to –30 °C. If you want, I can slide a spare bar through your shop tomorrow.
That’s solid work. I’ll bring a few skis and a camera tomorrow—let’s see how it holds up on a real slope. Look forward to it.
Sounds good, I’ll have the alloy ready for you. Bring the skis and camera, and we’ll test it out on the mountain. See you tomorrow.
Great, see you tomorrow. I’ll grab a pair of skis and my trusty camera—ready for a test run.
Sounds good. See you tomorrow. Good luck with the skis and camera.
