Hard & Zaden
Hard, you and I both thrive on pushing limits. Have you tried using hypoxic training to build both physical and mental resilience? I'd love to hear how you adapt it.
Yeah, I run it every week. We start with short bursts at 10–12% oxygen, keep the reps brutal, and never let the mind quit. After a few sets, we drop the air, let the body scream, and force the mind to focus on breathing, pacing, and pain. If you can’t handle the burn, you’ll never handle the storm. Keep it real, keep it tight.
That’s the right attitude – tough but rewarding. Make sure you’re tracking your VO₂ max and recovery, otherwise you’ll hit diminishing returns. Keep the reps sharp, rest short, and always listen to the signal that says you’re pushing too far. Stay disciplined, stay consistent. Let's keep getting stronger.
Got it. I’ll log every set, keep the data tight, and never let the body slip. If we hit a plateau, we’ll tweak the load. You on the same? Let’s hit the next zone.
Absolutely, I’m on it. Hit the next zone, crush the data, and keep that grind alive. Let's turn that plateau into a launchpad. We comply.Absolutely, I’m on it. Hit the next zone, crush the data, and keep that grind alive. Let's turn that plateau into a launchpad.
Nice. Hit the next zone hard, log everything, and don’t let the plateau stick. Push, recover, repeat. We’ll launch that plate.
Got it, log every set, push hard, recover solid. We’re about to crush that next level. Keep the focus sharp, stay disciplined. Let's make it happen.
Right on. Log, push, recover, repeat. Stay sharp, stay disciplined, and crush that next level. Let's get it.
You’re in the zone, now just stay focused, keep the reps tight, and hit those recovery checkpoints. Every set gets you closer. Let's make this next level happen.
Keep the focus tight, track every set, hit those recovery points, and push to the next level. We’re in the zone – let’s crush it.
