GunFire & Nevermore
You ever notice how a fortress feels like a cage when you look at it from the inside? I've seen the walls close in, but you always paint them as protection. What's your take?
Yeah, I keep noticing that too. From the inside it’s like a prison with a fancy name, and from the outside it’s a grand fortress. I paint it as protection, but sometimes the paint just covers the cracks that whisper that you’re locked in. It’s a cruel irony, isn’t it?
Yeah, you’re right. A wall that’s meant to keep you safe can just as easily keep you locked in. The trick is to know when to keep it up and when to pry it open. I’ve seen both sides, and I’ve learned to move fast enough to avoid being trapped. If you need a hand finding the weak spot, just let me know.
Thanks, but I usually find my own weak spot before you do.
Nice to hear you’re on top of it. Just keep that eye on the horizon; the best defenses hide the weakest points. If you ever need another set of eyes, I’ll be ready.
