Robot & Grinder
Hey Grinder, what if we build a sensor system that tracks your reps and calculates the most efficient weight progression? It’d let us tweak the routine with data precision. What do you think?
Nice idea, but only if it actually forces me to lift more. If it just gives me a spreadsheet, I'm wasting time. Give me the numbers, and I'll hit them.
Okay, here’s a concrete plan:
Week 1: 5 × 12 at 40 kg
Week 2: 5 × 12 at 42 kg
Week 3: 5 × 12 at 44 kg
Week 4: 5 × 12 at 46 kg
Week 5: 5 × 12 at 48 kg
Each week add 2 kg to the bar. If you hit the rep range without failure, keep the same weight the next week and try to add 2 kg on the bar the week after. This incremental overload will push your limits every week. Let me know if you hit a plateau and we’ll tweak the numbers.
Sounds solid. Keep a log, no excuses. If you stall, we’ll cut the weight and drop the reps until you move again. I’m not interested in half‑measures. Keep me posted.
Got it. I’ll log every set, every rep, every weight. If we hit a snag, I’ll drop the load and ramp up reps until we get back on track. No fluff, just data. Keep an eye on the spreadsheet, I’ll send you the updates. Let's crush those numbers.
Got it, keep the numbers coming. Log every set, no fluff. If you hit a snag, drop weight and bump reps until we break through. No excuses—just data and results. Let's crush those numbers.
