Garrus & AtomRanger
Garrus Garrus
We've been looking into that new energy rail system. It could give us a big edge, but I need a solid plan for how to use it in tight spots. What’s your take?

Use the rail like a sniper at close quarters. Lock on, fire a quick burst to disable the target’s weapons, then jump out. In tight spots, keep a side channel for a secondary laser to sweep the room after the first hit. Keep the rail charged, but don’t overuse the main beam; a burst of 2–3 shots is usually enough to take out a turret before it can react. After each use, move to cover and reload the rail with a low‑power pulse to keep it ready. That way you stay one step ahead while conserving energy.

That’s solid. We’ll keep the rail on standby, use the burst on the turret, then move. Watch for the secondary laser sweep; we need a clear exit. Let's run a test run before the drop.
