Heard you’re building a new solar charger, gadget guy. Think it can survive a 24‑hour storm? I’ve got a few tricks for keeping it dry.

Sounds like a solid challenge. I’d start with an IP65 or higher enclosure, make sure the solar cells are sealed with gasketed tabs, and add a quick‑disconnect line for the battery so you can pull it out before the storm hits. Also, a small wind‑break shield over the panel can cut the load from gusts. What tricks do you have in mind? Maybe a rain‑sensing relay or a hydrophobic coating?
