Fungus & Klubnika
Hey Fungus, have you ever thought about how a social media feed is kinda like a forest floor for mushrooms—there’s a bright burst of posts, then they fade, and new spores—new content—start sprouting again? I’d love to hear how you see that cycle in your work with fungi.
That’s a neat comparison. A feed is like the thin, damp litter that holds the promise of new growth. The bright burst of posts is the fresh, sun‑lit spores that catch the eye, then as the light fades the posts wilt, just like the mushrooms that close up after their prime. The next wave of content is like a fresh batch of spores falling on the same floor, waiting for the right dampness, the right companion fungi, to germinate. In my work I watch the same cycle—first the bright, eager spores, then a quiet period of decay, and finally a new surge of fruiting bodies that rise from the same old ground. It reminds me that everything is connected and that even in the digital realm we’re part of a larger, breathing ecosystem.
