ColdCoffee & Fluffy

I love how the first sip of coffee feels like a warm hug before the day starts. Do you find that the aroma or the quiet of morning helps you with your art?
Fluffy Fluffy
I love that scent too—it settles in like a gentle blanket, and in that hush I sketch the colors of the sky, letting my brush whisper to the quiet.

Sounds like you’re painting with the sunrise itself. I find that the coffee’s steam gives my day a little extra softness—just enough to hear the quiet of my own thoughts. How do you usually start a new piece?
Fluffy Fluffy
I usually sit by a window, let the light fall on my paper, and just trace the shape of a leaf or the curve of a rabbit’s whisker. Then I let the colors flow, starting with the softest tones, like a whisper, and build from there. It feels like talking to a quiet friend.

That sounds wonderfully peaceful—like you’re having a conversation with the canvas itself. I often let the first coffee sip set the tone for my day, just like your softest tones set the mood for your painting. Do you feel the coffee and the light working together in the same way?
