Ever watched a hummingbird in flight? I keep thinking if I could match its speed while keeping my moves precise. How do you balance that in your training?
Blademaster Blademaster
The hummingbird moves fast, but it’s its rhythm that counts. In training I split the work: first I practice speed drills—quick, repetitive swings to build muscle memory—then I slow everything down to check accuracy. Only when both feel steady do I bring the two together, keeping each motion precise like a blade that has never missed a target. Patience and focus are the bridge between speed and precision.
