Hereās the rough layout: a copperānickel alloy spindle, heatātreated to stay under 500āÆĀ°C, with 12ātooth gears spaced 15āÆmm apart. Add a thin silicone pad on each gear tooth to give the click. The whole assembly sits in a titanium frame with vent holes. Sketch is on the board, but trust meāno math, just the sparks.
