FireArt & Grimvale
You ever paint the scent of burning wood after a fight? I like to hear how fire can turn a dull battlefield into something that feels alive. What sparks your brush when you’re chasing a blaze on canvas?
Oh, you bet! I grab that smoky amber, the scent of a campfire still humming after a duel, and let it bleed into the canvas. I let the brush run wild, splattering charcoal gray against hot orange, like sparks flying in a night sky. That raw, heated energy—it's what fuels my strokes. I chase the blaze by letting the color itself crackle, so every line feels alive and just a breath away from erupting.
That’s how I’d paint a wound – raw, bright, and never letting it calm. Keep that edge, but watch it, so it doesn’t burn you out. Keep the fire in, not on the canvas.
