I've been tightening my riposte lately; what's the toughest drill you've added to your training routine?
I dropped a 5‑minute no‑rest circuit into my routine. Every minute I hit the max number of push‑ups, squats, burpees, and a plank hold, then immediately start the next round. If I can’t finish the reps, I stop, take a deep breath, and get back at it—no mercy. It forces me to push past my perceived limits and eliminates any feeling of ease.
