Ever thought about mapping your training sessions as a recursive algorithm? I mean, a base case for rest days and a recursive case that drills every skill until it’s perfected. It could be a neat way to structure your progressive overload. What do you think?
Yeah, a base case for rest and a loop that keeps drilling until the technique is flawless—sounds efficient, but I prefer the grind in the gym to the logic in my head. Still, if it keeps me from missing a rep, I’ll add it to the routine.
