Faith & Khaelen
Hey Khaelen, I’ve been thinking about how we could use data to really boost our community outreach—maybe set up a simple model to predict where volunteers are most needed? What do you think?
Sure, just pull the last three years of volunteer logs, map them against the event attendance and demand metrics, then run a logistic regression to score each location. Keep the variables minimal—hours logged, event type, and turnout—and you’ll get a probability distribution that tells you where the next batch of volunteers will have the highest impact. Once you have that, we can iterate the model, but don’t waste time on fancy visualizations unless they serve a specific operational need.
